Sec 5.1: Audio Package Description
- Bronze Audio Package: (2) professional speakers rated at 400 watts each. Standard for small to medium size events held indoors. 50 - 100 person capacity.
- Silver Audio Package: (2) professional speakers rated at 400 watts each. (1) 18” powered 1200 watt subwoofer. For small to medium size events held indoors. 50 - 100 person capacity.
- Gold Audio Package: (2) professional powered speakers rated at 1300 watts each. (2) 18” powered 1200 watt subwoofers. For medium to large events held indoors. 250 – 400 person capacity.
- Platinum Audio Package: (4) professional powered speakers rated at 1300 watts each. (4) 18” powered 1200 watt subwoofers. For large events held indoors or outdoors. 500+ capacity.
Sec 5.2: Lighting Package Description
- Bronze Lighting Package: (1) light tree extendable to 10’ (2) small DMX lights, (1) 10’ light tree
- Silver Lighting Package: (1) light tree extendable to 10’, (3) DMX lights, (4) par 56, Elation 16 zone dimmer and controller
- Gold Lighting Package: (2) light tree racks extendable to 10’, 6 DMX lights, (8) par 56, Elation 16 zone dimmer and controller.
- Platinum Lighting Package: (2) light tree racks extendable to 10’, (1) 10’ truss rack extendable to 10’x 10’, 16 par 56, Elation 16 zone dimmer and controller, (10) DMX computer controlled lights, (2) 12’x12’ video screens, (2) projectors.
** Upgrades and Lighting Effects must be checked as add-ons to the Platinum Lighting Package.
Sec 5.3: Electrical Recommendations
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the electrical needs for the above audio, lighting and effect packages are met. A representative from In The Mix USA will discuss the required electrical needs based on the package(s) that you select. Some event locations such as hotel chains may charge for electrical upgrades. Please speak with your event location before signing this contract.
Sec 6: Setup Requirements
1. In The Mix USA requires at least 2 to 4 hours for setup and break down depending on audio and lighting requirements.
2. In The Mix USA will require the use of at least (1) 8 foot table.
Sec 7: Outside Requirements
1. Client agrees and is responsible to insure that the setup area will be level, solid and or flat area.
2. Client agrees and is responsible to insure that the setup area will be adequately covered for protection of the outside elements.
3. In the event that acts of “mother nature” disrupts or temporarily halts the services of In The Mix USA, the client is fully responsible for full payment that was agreed upon in this contract and or in Sec 11.
Sec 8: Security
1. Client agrees to maintain adequate security in the service and access areas so as to protect the property and equipment of In The Mix USA from theft, vandalism or other damage.
2. In the event there are circumstances deemed by In The Mix USA and or the DJ that present a threat or danger to any In The Mix USA staff, DJ and or equipment, In The Mix USA reserves the right to cease performance until the situation is resolved.
3. In the event that above situation cannot be resolved, In The Mix USA reserves the right to end such services immediately in which the client is responsible for payment in full as stated in this contract in Sec 11.
4. Client is fully responsible for any damage or theft of In The Mix USA equipment caused by client, guests or staff of establishment.
Sec 9: Liability
1. The Client agrees to assume all and complete liability for all claims of personal injury or property damage arising from the engagement noted in this contract and will not hold In The Mix USA for any such said loss.
2. The Client indemnifies In The Mix USA from all liability of loss, damage, claims, fines or judgments that may arise as a direct or indirect result of provision of service under this contract, and or activities or events during the performance.
3. The obligation of In The Mix USA under this contract and agreement may be void where Acts of God, order of public authority, vandalism or other conditions that are beyond control, accident, illness, renders such event unsafe, unlawful or impossible. Liability for failure to perform any portion of this contract or agreement is limited to the face value of this contract. This contract contains the entire agreement between the parties and there are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether written or oral. This agreement is contractual under the laws of the State of Georgia.
The performance and or services as stated in this contract will be guaranteed as reserved upon receipt of one copy of this contract signed by the appropriate party and a nonrefundable reservation fee of $100.00. The reservation fee will be applied to the balance stated within this contract. The balance of this contract is due before performance or services are rendered.
