RATED #1 BY GIGMASTERS AS YOUR ATLANTA WEDDING DJ
Every year thousands of couples make the mistake of cutting corners when it comes to hiring entertainment, rationalizing that a "DJ is a DJ". Post-wedding surveys from Modern Bride Magazine show that this could not be further from the truth, reporting that 85% of couples wish they would have spent more time, money, and effort on selecting their entertainment.
There's no question your wedding DJ will have a huge influence over the success of your wedding related celebration. Whether you're tying the knot, or celebrating a special anniversary, having the right Atlanta Wedding DJ with the right mix of music and personality that best fits who you are and that of your family and friends, is critical to making sure your special day is truly a memorable one. Are you ready to trust the success of your important day to just any "DJ", perhaps a "friend of a friend" or the cheapest DJ you can find? Savvy couples and event planners think not and realize that having an established Georgia DJ company who has the resources, skills and dedication to making sure your day goes smoothly, will make all the difference in the world.
It is smart to price shop to find the best deal. But are you willing to compromise your wedding? You are hiring someone for a very important position. Your Wedding Expediter. They will be responsible for your announcements, coordination of your schedule & activities, management of your reception flow, the personality & representative of your reception & your entertainment. Choose carefully and do not limit your choice soley based upon price. In fact, price should be the least important factor when making your selections. Have a rough idea of what you would like to spend and be realistic! Not cheap! This is important!
This is an actual photo taken of a wedding DJ in Atlanta. DJs who were hired based solely on their price of $500 & $600. The bride never bothered to ask questions about their qualifications or experience, check references, review their equipment. These photos say a lot. Poorly dressed, lacks any enthusiasm for the wedding and a disorganized, cluttered set-up. You (The Bride & Groom) spend so much time selecting the ideal cake, catering (food), location, colors and decorations for your wedding. Why would you you hire a DJ like this who sells their service based completely on price? We are not all the same. DJs like this know that the first thing a prospective Bride & Groom will ask is "How Much Do You Cost". These DJs also know that most couples think that all Disc Jockey services are "The same" and that price is the determining factor.
It all starts by listening. What are your likes? What are your dislikes? What has to happen? what would you like to see happen? We're going to find out what works best for you - even if you're not exactly sure what that is right now. We've developed a program that helps make planning your wedding easy, thorough, proven and fun! You'll have access to our exclusive online planning tools and extensive music database along with full-time, expert guidance so that you'll be able to find peace of mind knowing that your wedding celebration will be perfect!
What's YOUR idea of a Great Wedding DJ?
• Outgoing and lively (but never cheesy or obnoxious) who is personality driven and will interact, motivate and entertain your guests?
• Quiet yet personable. Will basically remain low-key and simply let a great mix of music do the entertaining?
• Somewhere in between. A wedding DJ who talks when appropriate, has the skills to read and motivate your guests and can be fun without being overbearing or cheesy?
Once we've had a chance to establish your ideal Atlanta Wedding DJ, you'll be matched with one of our qualified associates who will personally work with you one-on-one to carry out your wishes and needs. The foundation of our success has always been to provide the right wedding DJ for the right job. Our Atlanta Wedding DJ team represents a wide range of ages and specialties and all meet the professional qualifications that our clients are looking for - experience, personality, dependability, know-how and professionalism. And from a human point of view - our Atlanta Wedding DJs are just down right good people who will treat you and your guests with respect, courtesy and genuine friendliness.
Sound good so far? Indeed. The best part is, we'll be be able to provide exactly the right level of service that you're looking at a very fair and reasonable price. Be extremely cautious of getting caught up in the allure of hiring the cheapest DJ or someone who kind of does it on the side or an unknown "friend of a friend." Time and time again, thousands in retrospect wished that they hadn't cut corners when it came time to budget for the wedding DJ and sadly realized that in the end...they got what they paid for.
Be weary as well of over paying for companies with offices, showrooms, demonstrations and slick sales people who's biggest motivation is getting you to buy so that they can make their quota and keep up with the monthly overhead. What you'll really end up paying more for is their lease, utilities, vehicles, cleaning supplies, and sometimes overly inflated egos. Because we're a family run business with very little overhead, you'll get a Atlanta Wedding DJ in line with what others have to offer (many say far beyond) but at a price much more in line with what you should be budgeting - sometimes hundreds less!
Our true motivation is that when it's all said and done, you'll be as thrilled as possible and will join the thousands who have already helped spread the word that MusicMasters was their wisest decision when choosing a DJ company. We're keeping ourselves busy and recognize that it's word of mouth and people seeing us in action that allows us to continue doing what we love to do. Let's put our passion to work for you.
Call now for a friendly, honest, no pressure consultation. Being able to have a brief conversation is the best way to get answers to your immediate questions but if you prefer, complete the request more information form and we'll send you a personalized planning packet that will have everything you'll need (including a rate quote) to start your way towards a fun-filled, stress-free, wedding celebration!
Wedding Ceremony Service:
There was a time when all brides walked down the aisle to the traditional Bridal Chorus. Today's bride, however, has a variety of options for selecting both the ceremony music and the instrumentation to perform it. For traditional selections, recordings by acoustic guitarists, string quartets and harp soloists are currently among the most popular renditions.
A typical ceremony has music at four intervals:
· Prelude (seating of guests and parents, 3-4 songs)
· Processional (entrance of the bridesmaids and then the bride, 2 songs)
· Interlude (optional) (lighting of the unity candle, 1 song)
· Recessional (departure of the bride, groom and wedding party, 1 song)
Ceremony music can be traditional or contemporary.
Wedding Reception Service
We have a great selection of songs appropriate for all the First Dances including the Bride and Grooms First Dance, Father/Daughter - Mother/Son Dance, Parent's Dance, Wedding Party Dance, Cake Cutting, Bouquet Toss, Garter Removal and Toss as well as the Last Dance of the evening. We will be happy to show you these music lists at our first appointment.
Cocktail Hour - I'll play a soothing mix of cocktail music of your choice. Modern, Jazzy, Classical, Whatever you wish!
Toasts and Announcements - Time to settle the guests and center their attention!
Dinner Hour - Again, I'll play a customized and personalized mix of reception music of your choice.
Transition Time - This is the time when you hear the guests get a little less quiet. I start to play "Transition Music" . . . that stuff that will start to make people tap their feet and dance in their chairs.
First Dances - Bride and Groom Dance - This is your special moment on the dance floor followed by Father Daughter Dance, Mother Son Dance and sometimes a Bridal Party Dance. Sometimes we will plan to do your Bride and Groom First Dance before the dinner, just after bridal party introductions.
Open Dancing - Enough Said! Okay, maybe not. Usually starting off with general Music for all ages, slowly working towards the "younger" stuff at the end of the night. Don't forget about the Slow sets too. Your music will be customized to fit you and your guests!
Cake Cutting, Bouquet Toss, Garter Tosses - Traditional wedding activities we strategically fit into the evening's time line. A good time for your guests to catch their breath, a bouquet or a drink at the bar!
Don't Worry, we'll make sure the photographer is ready for the cake cutting.
Don't Worry, we'll make sure the caterer has poured champagne before the toast.
Don't Worry, we'll ensure your guests will know what's going on and coming up next.
Don't Worry, Your guests will have a great time!
